Anti-Bribery Policy

Our policy is to conduct business honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act 2010. No person to whom this policy applies shall use, allow, condone or tolerate corrupt practices or acts of bribery to obtain or retain business, to obtain a business advantage or for any purpose.

Gifts and Hospitality Policy

Gifts or hospitality, including the acceptance or offer of gifts, meals or tokens of appreciation and gratitude, or invitations to events, functions, or other social gatherings, in connection with matters related to our business are only acceptable if they fall within reasonable bounds of value and occurrence.
