You provide certain Personal Information to us when you: (a) order products and services from our websites; (b) submit forms through the Member Center website; (c) request information about our products and services; (d) send other information to us through the "Feedback" interface; or (e) take an online survey. We use Personal Information to provide you with services that you purchase or services that are purchased by your employer or affiliated entity. Our Online Communication Practices
We may send electronic newsletters, White Papers, notification of account status, and other communications, such as marketing communications, on a periodic basis to various individuals and organizations. Information is released with the consent of the member/client or an authorized representative and/or by obtaining appropriate warranties or confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements.
Cookies and Tracking
Note that we do not currently respond to web browser "Do Not Track" signals that provide a method to opt-out of the collection of information about online activities over time and across third party websites or online services because, among other reasons, there is no common definition of such signals and no industry-accepted standards for how such signals should be interpreted.
We collect IP addresses in log files to analyze trends, administer our websites, track a user's movements across and within our websites, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information that you provide on this website. US-EU and Swiss Safe Harbor Membership
FrontierMEDEX, Inc. specifically our security and intelligence products and services, adheres to the principles of the Safe Harbor Framework as developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in consultation with the European Commission and the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner of Switzerland. The seven Safe Harbor Principles and fifteen Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) constitute the Safe Harbor Framework and may be found at http://www.export.gov/safeharbor. The Safe Harbor Framework provides guidance for U.S. organizations on how to provide "adequate protection" for personal data transferred from Europe and Switzerland as required by the European Union and the Swiss Directives on Data Protection. FrontierMEDEX undergoes an annual privacy review and verification process as part of its participation in the Safe Harbor Framework.
Safe Harbor Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint related to products and services that are covered by the Safe Habor Framework, you may contact our Dispute Resolution Provider, eTrust, at http://www.etrust.org/complaint/raise_privacy_complaint.php. FrontierMEDEX commits to cooperate with eTrust in the investigation and resolution of complaints brought under Safe Harbor. In addition, FrontierMEDEX agrees to comply with any advice given by eTrust with regard to specific action needed to comply with the Safe Harbor Principles, including remedial or compensatory measures for the benefit of individuals affected by any non-compliance with the principles.
