FliteBrief

FliteBriefs are concise intelligence reports designed specifically for flight crews and their passengers. Based on the trip itinerary, an intelligence analyst will provide an in-depth evaluation for each destination, identifying the risks and threats, and recommendations to limit exposure. This includes detailed information about tarmac security conditions, such as the quality of lighting, fencing and security personnel.

Upon ordering a brief, the itinerary is automatically entered into our system for 24/7 monitoring and crews can rest assured they will be notified of any late-breaking news that may occur while en route or on the ground.

Aircraft Guards

Certain locations and situations warrant the use of aircraft security guards to ensure that no unauthorized individuals or vehicles gain access to the aircraft or the immediate surrounding area. FrontierMEDEX can arrange for a guard to be positioned at your aircraft from arrival to departure at most airports around the world.

To ensure that local security practices meet the high standards set by FrontierMEDEX, we issue specific post-orders for all of our aircraft guards. Post-orders contain explicit instructions on a number of situations, such as appropriate uniforms, identification, firearms, shift and emergency procedures and communications.

(FOSA) Flight Operations Security Assessments

In many airports around the world, FrontierMEDEX can arrange for an English-speaking representative to meet an arriving airline passenger shortly after arrival. Where permitted by local law, the representative will help expedite the international customs process and assist the traveler collect their baggage. The representative then will escort the passenger to their chosen transportation mode.
